Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Sylk System (the “service”). By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you work for.

Accounts

Company accounts are created by Sylk System. Company owners invite and manage their own staff and are responsible for who has access and for keeping login details secure.

Your data

Customers own the data they put into the service. You grant us permission to host and process that data only to provide and support the service. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use homeowner information you enter, and for complying with laws that apply to your sales and contracts.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful or deceptive.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk messages through the service.
• Do not try to access another company’s data or interfere with the service.

Contracts and signatures

The service provides tools for presenting quotes and collecting signatures. You are responsible for the content and legal sufficiency of your own contracts.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms or non-payment. Customers may stop using the service at any time and may request export or deletion of their data.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, Sylk System is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify customers of material changes before they take effect.
